Braid LLC runs launchbraid.com and the Braid apps. This public website uses no trackers or analytics and does not request your seed phrase.

This website

launchbraid.com runs no analytics or trackers, shows no ads, and loads nothing from any other site: the fonts, images and scripts all come from the same place as the page.

Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, such as your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser's name and the time, to deliver the site and to stop abuse. We keep what it logs to a minimum.

If you write to support@launchbraid.com, we keep your message and your email address so that we can reply.

Connecting a wallet on the public entry page requests account access only. The address stays in your browser and is not sent to Braid or saved by this website. Private studio access uses a secure session cookie that expires after one hour. Wallet connection does not grant private access.

The trading app

The trading app supports passkey wallets and external wallets. Creating an account with Google, a third-party embedded wallet or social sign-in is planned for after launch.

• Your trading wallet's keys are made in your browser and stay there, encrypted. Braid never receives them.
• Your settings are kept in your browser.
• Braid’s services receive your wallet address and signed trade instructions when needed to run the app. Trades and payments are also visible on chain. Services receive ordinary request details such as your IP address. It uses them to run the market and keep it safe, and what it logs is kept to a minimum.

Public blockchains

Wallet addresses, payments and trades are recorded on public blockchains and in Braid's public signed results. Anyone can read them and no one can delete them, Braid included.

Sharing

Braid does not sell your data. Infrastructure providers that Braid uses to reach the chains can see the requests it makes. Braid may disclose information if the law requires it.
